Lost, Missing, Stolen Packages
Both parties, Isleñas and recipient, will file a claim against the courier. We will walk you through the claim process. Claims might refund a portion of expenses incurred by the purchase and fulfillment of item but it is not assured.
Independently of the claim's outcome, Isleñas is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.
