Return Terms

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make returns as easy as possible.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Our return policy for the holidays will be until January 25, 2025 for any purchases made from October 2024 - January 2025. This way if you buy goods anytime in October throughout January for gifting, the receiver will be able to exchange after she/he has received her/his present.

Besides the extended timeframe, the regular return policies below apply.

To request an exchange for gifts given more than 15 days after purchase please email hello@lasislenas.com. We will email a new pre-paid label.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 15 days. You are eligible for a return 15 days after you receive your goods. 

SHIPPED ORDERS

For convenience, we include inside your order a pre-paid USPS label for your return. It is important to use it within 15 days of receiving your order. After 15 days, the pre-paid label will expire automatically and it will no longer work as postage. 

To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused and in the same condition you received them. 
Please try your shoes on a smooth and clean surface to protect the sole. Any visibly worn sole or unclean insole will not be eligible for a return.

The shoes must be in the original packaging but keep the sticker and/or card :)

SUPER IMPORTANT: Make sure you fill out and include the exchange form! (Without the filled out form, we will not be able to process the return.)

If the original order is not accepted for a return due to visible use or wear, the client is responsible for paying the carrier to be shipped back. We will provide a link with pictures for proof and a link for postage payment.

RETURN SHIPPING STEPS

1. Please email us at hello@lasislenas.com with subject line 'Return- Your Order #'

2. Please use the original shipping box when possible.

3. Please include the Return Form filled out.

4. We include a prepaid USPS label for convenience. You just need to peel and apply the label.

5. Drop the package at the nearest USPS point of service.

5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

6. Kindly, allow up to 14-20 business days for us to receive and process your exchange or refund.

PICK UP ORDERS

1. Email your return request at hello@lasislenas.com with order's details:

- Name of person who purchased the order

- Style, color and size of original order 

- Reason for returning and/or fit details

- Exchange or refund request

2. Drop off at store Luca, 58 Calle Taft San Juan, Puerto Rico (Condado)

3. Exchanges or refunds via Luca:

Once we verify your original order. We will communicate to inform the date of the exchange drop off or refund completion.

From 2024 onward we will not offer the 'exchange switch' method at Luca. We must check your original order before dropping off your exchange. 

EXCHANGES

We will notify you when we receive your return. We will process the exchange within 14-20 business days.

We give priority to exchanges so they ship out as soon as possible but we do not carry inventory so it always requires time. We are still a small team and we kindly ask for patience.

Complimentary exchanges apply to the first round of exchange. When a second exchange is required of the same order, postage cost is the client's responsibility. 

REFUNDS

If you are approved for the return and prefer this option, a refund will be processed for the total of the purchase minus all costs of shipping. 

Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

Custom color orders are not refundable, only eligible for exchange or store credit.

HOLDS

Isleñas does not reserve products without payment. If you are interested in a product but are unsure about fit, placing an order is without risk thanks to our refund policy.

STORE CREDIT

If you would like to return for store credit, we will issue and email a code for you to use towards website or in-person event purchases.

Store Credits must be used within one year. 

GIFT CARDS

Isleñas is offering both physical and digital gift cards.

When choosing a Digital Isleñas Gift Card, you will receive a code automatically to be redeemed at checkout.

When choosing a Physical Gift Card, you must reply to our communication via email so we can generate the code before shipping out.

Refunds are not available for the Gift Card option. 

Discount codes do not apply to Gift Card purchases.
